My thanks to all who leave comments for my work and to those of you who like one enough to make it a favourite. To touch just one person that way makes each image worthwhile. . . . . . . . . .. . . . "The question is not what you look at, but what you see" ~ Marcel Proust

This look really good as a black and white, Sandi. I have never seen a turtle like this one drinking before. They sure have a long neck! Nice one for the challenge.

I really like his reflection in the water, Sandi. The B/W treatment adds a dryness to the scene, making me thirsty too (though I'd prefer another beverage.) Perfect for the BWC!

It's both thirsty and amazed, the latter by its reflections.
Good B&W image Sandi and a very appropriate entry for the B&W challenge.

Good luck in the contest. I love the feel you've achieved in making this B/W. Great contrast.

Emptiness is not nothingness. It is simply the opposite of full of it.

This will be a fine one in the B&W challenge Sandi. The reflection makes it so interesting.

You could have helped him out and given him a straw so he didn't have to strain his neck. A good capture of the turtle, Sandi, and great presentation of the photo.
