I thought I would submit this one into the challenge this week. I used the effects setting on the camera, and set it on B&W. Then did a overlay in my editing.

This can be more appreciated in full screen where you will see the white lily glow in amongst the grey lily-pads. A perfect contrast. Well done and a great example for the b/w challenge!
