For me I have not had much luck in getting any pictures of bees in action, and this day I had to work hard to get this one. It's a bit manic when you see one through a zoom lens, sometimes you feel like they are right there with you, kind of in your face too close for comfort), So for me its a tad Manic.:)

Sandi, you expressed my feelings perfectly! I zoom in then I start backing away because basically any stinging insect scares me! This is an excellent capture of the bee and the phlox.

This sort of capture is difficult as many know, so good job with it. Bee's are much too busy to stop for a pose.
