Lovely shot of him on the butterfly bush - I saw my first butterfly flutter around my balcony yesterday but it was not a monarch.

Sandi, your wonderful and very detailed capture shows a perfect mix of a Monarch and the flowering Buddleja davidii. If I were a butterfly I couldn't resist the fragrance and the nectar of this butterfly bush either, 😁 !
