One of my daughter's tulips that have bloomed. This was a raw file converted to png which I cropped. To make it the size I needed to post. This was taken with the iPhone 15 pro max. I find it kind of difficult to do raw file editing on the phone. I hope the quality was not lost. I could not figure out how to just resize it. Not shooting in raw is easier with the sizing option. Thanks for your comments, let me know if you notice a loss in quality. I don't like having to pay for apps, but maybe I coud google a how too! I did google how to to convert the raw file to png. Tigs♥ =^..^=

Sandi, I think you did an amazing job with this picture. I do not notice a loss of quality, but rather, saw a great achievement by you. I didn't even know my cell phone could shoot in raw - I must give that a try. By the way, do you have PhotoShop or a similar program? Your resizing situation may be easier in one of those programs than attempts using your phone.

Sandi, in order to resolve the size problem (so making an image suitable for Caedes) this could be a solution for you, what's used by me: I have made a completely 'blank picture' with the size of 3000 by 2000 pixels (other smaller sizes will do as well). This 'blank picture' is loaded into a Photoshop program. When a vertical photograph will be uploaded, I first rotate the 'blank picture' 90° (it doesn't matter whether the rotation is clockwise or counterclockwise) Then I also load the photograph to be uploaded. The size of the photograph doesn't matter. Using the 'move tool', I transfer the to be uploaded photograph to this 'blank picture' and fit it exactly into the 'blank picture' with the use of the mouse. Then 'Flatten Image' and 'save as PNG' (using the title of the to be uploaded picture). Once you've done this you will have a new PNG-photograph in the format of the 'blank picture' (3000 x 2000 pixels format or any other by you chosen size of the 'blank picture').
Hope my 'explanation' will be clear.
Thanks anyhow for your splendid peony tulip capture!

My thanks to all who leave comments for my work and to those of you who like one enough to make it a favourite. To touch just one person that way makes each image worthwhile. . . . . . . . . .. . . . "The question is not what you look at, but what you see" ~ Marcel Proust
