This is the last of my rose shots from this summer. I loved the way this rose opened - one side of its petals is a warm orange color and the other side is butterscotch. I shot this using a soft focus because I like the way it looked that way in the twilight. All comments and critiques appreciated.

Kathy, I think you did a good job on this one. I have never seen one like this before. What a beautiful colored rose.

The soft focus effect really works well on this Kathy. The citrussy colours stand out against the dark background.

Kathy...

I have nothing but admiration for you and your flower shots. You make them look so easy, and now I know that they are not easy one bit.

Twilight? What time of day did you take this? The colors are beautiful, and the soft focus was an excellent choice.

Such wonderful colors of peach and an unusual shapely rose. I admired it first in the VB. You have some really pretty flowers in your garden and you keep them for posterity so well too.
