This is a style of mum referred to as daisy type for obvious reasons. They are used mostly by the floral industry but I see them planted once in awhile like these.

Kathy, if I was a lady I had some of them in my hair, but if a man would wear these splendid mums in his hair, it's 'not done', lol.

This is really well done. Love the composition of the 3 main flowers. They really stand out against the background.
