This is another possible for the contest. It was taken at the Chicago Botanic Garden of a small walking path along side the lake and the floating lotus garden. This one has double paths in it, as across the water on the left, is a small footbridge which is part of the path to the Conifer Garden, Waterfall Garden and Japanese Islands. This was shot directly into the light as it was morning and I was facing southeast.

Composition is really nice on this. My son lives outside of Chicago in Peoria...I think I will make this garden part of my next trip!

The choice is up to you, Kathy. I like to say however that it will be very hard to decide which one. To me it's like comparing apples with oranges: different colors, different taste, but both delicious, as of these images, my friend.

agreed with Tigs my friend. kathy, i remember taking that walk with you...via Caedes. i believe you have more, better and interesting ones, i cant remeber which..just a feeling from all the different sights seem within the gardens. dont cut yourself short.
