That's how this plant was identified but upon further research I think it's just Bat flower. It's from the genus Tacca which also includes arrowroot and yams. The most well known bat flowers are either black or white. This is a new color introduction. Another weird one I thought everyone might enjoy seeing.

Thought at first sight that it was a species of a fuchsia, but you 'revealed' that it has relations to the genus Tacca.
An unknown flower to me, but a wonderful one, perfectly captured by you, Kathy.

I have only ever seen a black bat flower (sometimes called cats whiskers)
This variety is really lovely.
It does look a little like a fuchsia.
