This is a really interesting hydrangea - it changes color throughout the long growing season. It starts out very light pink almost white and by late October is a deep russet color. This was taken this weekend so the color is now a deep peach.

Kathy, if I were the one that should have given this hydrangea species a name, it wouldn't have been 'Little Spitfire Hydrangea' but 'Chameleon Hydrangea', ☺ .
