I hope no one is tired of ranuncula as I have several more shots. They are one of my favorite cool weather flowers.

I had no idea that a ranuncula was even a flower. My next door neighbor just told me that it's a cross between a raccoon and a tarantula. What you have taken a photo of is a cauliflower that has been chopped in half. Admittedly it a beautiful cauliflower with your signature silky pedals.

Lovely flower Kathy - I do like the speckles and the thin and tight petals - I see there's also a bud waiting in the wings - Very Nicely Done!!!!!!
