I see the blue and yellow far more frequently than the red but this group was blooming profusely!

Well, Kathy, I would say that your image was perfectly shot. The detail is awesome and the bloom is silky soft. Beautiful work yet again.

A great macro/close-up of these red Columbines, Kathy. I had the blue variant in my garden, but they've 'disappeared'. Not because of wintry conditions (as the weather conditions last winter were very moderate here) but probably due to the construction workers in my garden because they frequently entered the areas where flowers and plants were planted.
