I have a spider web between two slats of my iron balcony railing. I don't wipe it away as I know the next heavy rainstorm will take care of that. Yesterday I noticed that it had trapped a dandelion puffball as it floated by. I thought it made for an interesting opportunity for a shot

Kathy, if a spider were possessed of emotions or equivalent senses, it certainly wouldn't be pleased with this, for a spider, inedible catch, 😁 .
A special photograph, however, that does resemble a contemporary art object.

My thanks to all who leave comments for my work and to those of you who like one enough to make it a favourite. To touch just one person that way makes each image worthwhile. . . . . . . . . .. . . . "The question is not what you look at, but what you see" ~ Marcel Proust

It surely does catch a persons eye. Good that you caught it before rain or the wind took it away. Really interesting.
