We had miserable weather last week, heavy rains, snow, sleet and freezing rain. I had seen wild daffodils blooming by the forest preserves and was hoping they would survive. Well they did - spotted these Saturday on my way to the grocery store. We are having a solar eclipse today but the eclipse won't dim these!

Kathy, in contradiction with your situation we've now very high temperatures in my area. Although I realize that the situation isn't comparable, hope that you're dealing soon with better weather enabling you to enjoy the spring nature.
See that the by you captured daffies aren't suffering (yet!) from the cold.
Lovely capture anyhow!

My thanks to all who leave comments for my work and to those of you who like one enough to make it a favourite. To touch just one person that way makes each image worthwhile. . . . . . . . . .. . . . "The question is not what you look at, but what you see" ~ Marcel Proust
