Also known as Linum lewisii. This is a plant native to North America and is one of the few plants with what they call a "true blue" color. Many blue plants tend towards purple but not this one. My foofy for this Friday.

Very nice Kathy. BTW, you speak of blue plants and the color being true or not reminded my of an old comedy skit, by George Carlin ‐ Where's the Blue Food?
