I would like to dedicate this to my mother-in-law, Naomi Ostby, who would have been 89 on Oct. 12. She passed away this past June. What a wonderful example and role model she was for me! We got married on her birthday 33 years ago.

Lovely, a real keeper. I like the colors, the composition, the slightly different take on the usual autumn leaves. I also like the unobtrusive frame you used.

You really did splendidly with this one. I love your transparent leaf and complementary frame. It speaks volumes about the sentiment you expressed. Very nice composition and wonderful creative thought put into this one. She is still inspiring you I think.

As I look at the twists and turns and tweaks you've put this photo it becomes more and more poignant. As Cynlee said before me, this speaks volumes, and it's a lovely and fitting tribute to a person who meant so much to you and yours and reminds me of people who in my own life were important and special as well.

Congratulations on your upcoming 33rd anniversary. You've taken that love and support that was given to you and spread it out and passed it on beautifully over the years to your children and it shines right on through to your lovely grandchildren as well. One need only look at the pictures on your website to see the evidence. Thanks for sharing a part of your life with the rest of us :)PJ

This is lovely Hilda! Besides being superb technically, its deep colors convey a feeling of passing time and fond remembrances. A wonderful thought that I'm sure would have meant a lot to her.

A really excellent job. I started to try and count the number of different colors you have portrayed in this image, but it's impossible. They're numberless. A true feast for the eyes.
