Hello...thank you for your comment on "Giving a Hoot" and advice about owl rescue. I was bare-armed too. I did a small prayer and asked God to help me with this one...so you were right, he was really looking out for me. I was a bit concerned about those talons...they were quite intimidating to me at the time but I was more worried about stressing out the owl than my arm...but that was not too smart looking back in retrospect. Thank you again for your professional help...very much appreciated that!!! Have a great day, Dianna :-)))
Hi Anastasia, I appreciate you taking the time to stop "Spawning Frenzy" & commenting. So glad you enjoyed it ... something a bit different for me, but I guess that is a good thing. Thanks again, Sherree
Thank you for the comments on "Open Wide" The nest is built in a crockery type enclosure about the size of a basketball, hand painted and glazed. It was a Gift. The picture was cropped to eliminate parts of the fence to which it is attached. Thanks for your comments. Take Care,
Hi Anastasia, I'm so glad you stopped by to see *Someones Little Lamb*.
Your comments were interesting and I appreciate them. I was trying to make a border that went with the leaves. Next time I'll be more careful :) I hope you'll stop by again, your friend,
Carolyn
Hi! Thanks so much for stopping by "What Now". And also, I appreciate the advice/information. I try to always think to myself that nature has had a way of dealing with life/situations long before humans tried to get involved and usually leave it to Mother Nature.
Thanks for checking out my white squirrel. I think that next time I will go on a stake out and try to get a better shot. All I have to do is dress up like a nut, HA HA, Don

Thanks for viewing and commenting on my picture”Monarch” I’m still trying to get proficient with the new macro setup. The manual settings are a little different for the 150mm than they were for the 105mm.
Thanks for your comment on Ko'olau. While I can't help get you there, I can "take you back" with my next few images...some may not perfect, but they do indeed show Island Life.
To humor the party pooper who complained, I will censor my quote=======

Little Mama - Raccoon --- She's just so tired. And not used to being disturbed, during her day long sleep, I think the expression says just that.
Glad you enjoyed her. She is a sweetheart, and a good mother.

Thanks for your comment on "Feels Like Fall". I was at Mt McKay taking some pics of a friend riding his mtn bike. I was wanting to get a picture of the leaves as they were just starting to turn color. I saw this scene while I was waiting for my friend to come down the trail and thought "This is interesting, leaves, moss, logs, rocks all in one shot!".
Hi Anastasiatheo (lol), thanks for doing me the honor of adding my "lavender Blue" to your favs, I really appreciate it !

Hi and thank you very much for taking the time to comment on my Spanish duckies - and I can tell you that the ring is not a ring pull, but a shell - there were many in the water there as this stretch of water runs into the sea and is right at the fishing port. :) Patti

Howdy from Arizona! Thank you for noticing and commenting at "Classic hummer". It's actually primarily just luck in getting their wing positions - even w/a high speed and a strobe. Believe it or not, this was shot at 1/125 and F3! If you like hummingbirds, both flying and sitting, I have some more in my Caedes gallery. Thanks again!
Thanks for your comments on Elephant 1, very much appreciated. I think this was took mid afternoon, the sun was still quite high and the lighting still harsh. There was a bit of cloud about though but the sun just broke out at the right time:)
Thank you for commenting on "Dahlia." I appreciate your time and kind words. I know what you mean about downloading flower DTs. I'm a sucker for them too. My daughter's so funny - when we see flowers, she looks at me and says, "I bet you want to take pictures of them." Of course, I say, "Yep, it'll be just a few minutes."
Hi Anastasia ... Thank you for your comments on "Tropical Interlude". They are greatly appreciated & I am delighted you enjoyed it. Thanks again for taking the time ... it is always a pleasure to hear from you. Take care, Sherree
Hi Anastasia and thank you so much for your summation of what constitutes 'a perfect flower picture'. I am very pleased that you think "Jealousy" qualifies to be included in this category and am equally appreciative that you have chosen it to be among your favorites. I believe this is the first time you have commented on one of my images, but I hope it won't be the last - I welcome criticism as well as compliments. Best wishes...Neil

Hello Anastasia , thank you for your thoughtful comments about “Trader In The Sun”. I’m glad you like and I do agree with you that it has a romantic aspect of it.
My dear friend, how did you like my „fly agaric” shroom? I bet it was delicious, he, he, he…. I wonder, any side effects? Twitching or trembling, euphoria or hallucinations? Did you contact your doctor?
I'm so tickled that I got a camera that I'm absolutely in love with, everytime I take an image and it matches what I see with my own eyes, I'm like a child! You saw what I saw, and that just amazes me. :-)
Howdy from Arizona! Thank you for the nice words at "Hurricane Lilly hibiscus" - you know, I didn't even notice that speck on the petal until I got it on the computer. And I don't have a program w/a cloning tool; maybe Santa will bring me one?! Thanks again ..... !

I inherited a painting and a violin wich turned out to be a Rembrandt and a Stradivarius.Unfortunately,Rembrandt made lousy violins and Stradivarius was a terrible painter.

The beer urges me on, the bewitching beer, which sets even a wise man to singing and to laughing gently and rouses him up to dance and brings forth words which were better unspoken.
