Storm Passing by Lake Sylvan

Here's another photo at Lake Sylvan. A storm had just passed and the sun high lighted the rocks and the reflection was amazing. I'm sure I didn't do it justice. But what a great memory. Your comments are appreciated as always.

Tell me if you like it or don't but be sure to tell me why! I promise to always give honest and sincere (albeit gentle when necessary) critiques. MY NEW YEARS TIP for all, go have some fun with your new gear you got for Christmas. Do some things you rarely or never do. If you always shoot scenics, go shoot macros (or as close up as you can get.) Practice on different subjects, try new lighting techniques, bracket your shots (shoot the same image at different exposures and different apertures), get down low and shoot from your back, your belly, and your knees. Bend, twist, lean and climb up on things. Shoot toward the sky (carefully - blown out sunlight is NOT attractive :-) Just do something different and amaze yourself then share with us :-) Love you Caedians.
Thank you for the comments on Anxiously waiting for the runners. It is so rare for visitors to come through those little towns, so to have over 100 runners was extremely exciting for the kids.

Hello Rich...Thankyou so much for your comments on (HORSES AT SUNSRISE) they are so much appreciated....On this particular morning I was out early photographing the sunrise when out of the blue along came these two horses...I was lucky that my camera was set up for sunset/sunrise...Mind you this was the best of 8 pictures that I had taken...Thankyou again....All the very best to you Rich.......Mick.

Hello Rich....I thankyou so much for your comments on (RIDING SKILLS)they are so much appreciated....The day that the picture was taken there were many beautiful horses on show and it was good fun going around taking photos of them...These horses are transported around the country in luxury vehicles worth a lot of money....Thankyou again...All the very best to you Rich......Mick.
