Millennium bridge & Sage theatre Uploaded: 06/29/10 2:05 AM GMT

Image: Millennium bridge & Sage theatre

A good pal I work with offered to lend me his Tamron 11-18 wide angle lense, so I popped down to the Millennium bridge @ Newcastle & took this shot just after sunset. I know this shot has been taken many many times, but as any photographer knows each one is individual & memorable to those who have taken it. Just after I took this & was walking back over the bridge my son rang & asked for a lift home, so the moment passed & back into "Dad's taxi" mode for me!!LOL... But the image always remains... :))

Thanks for checking out the Rajgad picture Michael. It took a little less than two hours to reach the top...so not too high, but it was not an easy climb.

Thanks Michael for you very kind comments on "A Dark And Dreary Day #2" all comments are greatly appreciated. I'm luck in that I live only a 6 or 7 minute drive from the Front at New Brighton and the lovely Perch Rock lighthouse.

It is known that there is an infinite number of worlds, simply because there is an infinite amount of space for them to be in. However, not every one of them is inhabited. Therefore, there must be a finite number of inhabited worlds. Any finite number divided by infinity is as near to nothing as makes no odds, so the average population of all the planets in the universe can be said to be zero. From this it follows that the population of the universe is also zero, and that any people you may meet from time to time are merely the product of a deranged imagination.

Magic Lantern
Thanks for the complements Micheale. A couple hints if you do try it your self. The bulb is on a dimmer switch to make it glow a dull red ( not as bright as it looks ). Back light the bulb with the monitor. No other light in a dark room. The glass reflects every thing behind the camera if it is lit from the camera side. Good luck!

Hi MIchael, first let me thank you for your feedback, then that HDR picture was taken not far from my home in the way which brings to Subiaco.
At the end of that road there are two ways: the Monastery roads and the Subiaco one.
I posted some photos of both into my gallery.
Thanks again I appreciated.
