HI William, thanks for visiting Come Sail With Me! It was such a nice day. I left the C.G. sign in the photo as I thought it gave the picture more ambience. Also, didn't have the time to try to remove it. It does tell that this is a US boat though! Thanks again for the comments!
Dear William, you have just spotted my favourite forest alley. Every time I go there it seems a completely different place. It changes with the sun travel. Looks inviting in the morning, very contrasting in the midday and so warm in the aftrenoon. I feel obliged to record its evolution. Stay tuned.
Thanks William!
Glad ya liked Cedar Key. We're hoping to get back there in a month or so for another weekend. Beautiful Place!
Thanks for your nice words on my Gallery Too!!
You found my favourite snow covered alley which is situated in the neighbouring woods on the suburbs of Warsaw, Poland (The alley I mentioned in my last post). Glad you found it so appealing in winter season. Yes, it looks mysterious even in white gown. I will never be fed up with this place - could take thousands of shots in this place. Soon will upload the spring capture. Stay tuned.
Hi William, very nice to meet you! Many thanks to you for liking and commenting on "Winter Salad", as I appreciate your comments very much! I also enjoy your sense of humor! I will be looking forward to your next visit, as I would enjoy that very much! Sincerely, Marilyn

Dear William, thanks so much for stopping to view my mug put together with the mug of Boris the dog !!!!! I am big and sensible enough not to ask whose mug is better looking though ... I know it is Boris who is the pretty one in the family !!!
BTW as all males and most animals - just raise your camera and shoot and the effect is perfect in most cases ... We females must first check the makeup and make a few faces to get ready ... LOL And still the effect is sometimes pathetic ... LOL
Thanks so much William- appreciate your looking at that spoiled , arrogant, thinks he owns the place dog at 'Paco Supreme". He looks like a peanut compared to my Jack but he is sweet when he wants to be.-And good luck water rafting- You'll enjoy it and will regret it if you don't go- Eileen

Thank you Will- That's so kind of you to put "Trying To Make Ends Meet" into your favorites. It stilll hurts to not see him there waving as the cars go by. I believe most of the vegetables he grew himself according to season. He lived alone and I think he just enjoyed being around people to ease his loneliness also. So sad to see what is supposed to be your golden years trying to supplement your income just so you can live day to day. But I know he's in heaven and that one day I'll see him again. Thanks Will, really appreciate it- Eileen
Thanks so much Bill ( gotta get used to that ) for taking the time to view and comment at "Little House On The Water". This is very close to where I live . Appreciate your time- Eileen
Hi Bill! Thanks for commenting on Knotted Flame. Photofiltre was used for sizing and adjusting levels and contrast. I wanted a vibrant coloring with a black background. So I tinkered a little to get the more or less flourescent coloring.

Thank you for your comments on Ft. Loudon Dam. To be perfectly honest, I had just bought a new camera (Kodak Easyshare Z650) and wanted to take a picture really bad with it. It was about 7:30 in the evening and sprinkling rain so I couldn't go very far. There will be a lot of sunny days to take better pictures!! Thanks again-Ryan
Thanks Bill for your wonderful comment on The Snowflake Tree... glad you liked it... that tree is about 8 foot tall, they grow to about 10, you can cut the branches anyway and it will always grow back to this shape.. the purple under the tree is the dead leaves and flowers, they turn a pinky colour..

I see you have left me superb compliments on "in the Sinai mountains". They are much apprecited. The photo was taken in 2004 during my summer holiday in Sinai, Egypt. Moses is said to have climbed the Sinai mountains... And so did I, lol. It was pretty tiresome, I started at night... but the sunrise and the panorama were worth it. The climbing I will never forget.
Hello again Bill, Thank you for the lovely warm message and for your positive comments on Bill the Tortoise and my self-portrait. My papillon dog, Eddie thinks Sheaba is an absolute beauty - even hairier than he is, which I guess makes the pair of them look like yetties. So it"s very neat that you are back- with new personal icon ...and sure with new ideas for posting!
Have a nice day!

Really appreciate your stopping by my gallery and commenting on Bugs' Halloween Ball. I remember being incredibly excited when I was making it because I'd been fiddling for a long time and suddenly figure out a way to manipulate the fractals in Gimp that opened up a whole bunch of possibilities. So it was also a learning moment of an especially fun sort. Great to know when somebody enjoys something - especially somebody producing the sort of work you do!

Hi Bill! Thanks for the comment on 'beauty', good suggestion, although my photography and editing equipment consists only of my digital camera and Windows photo gallery on the computer, you can see why any editing too complex (in fact, pretty much any editing at all), would be an issue :)
thanks again-rachel
Just wanted to say thanks very much for commenting on my image of a clandestine meeting place and I think you're absolutely right - that's probably what it was used for much of the time! ;)

Thanks, Bill, for commenting on "Spring? What Spring?" I'm really glad you like it. It was a strange day that day. To start it was very stormy, then it calmed down and the sun came out and we ended the day with a lovely sunset!

Thanks for your comment on "Fading Beauty." It's actually straight out of the camera, except for a bit of cropping...not sure why the pink looks so "hot". But glad you liked it :)
Thanks very much for stopping by "Warrior" and for the kind words. I do appreciate it very much.
Was a challenge to create, but in the end I was pleased with the results and it was gratefully received by the intended recipient.
If you haven't as yet, although it would appear that your photography has been taking precedence as of late (excellent work, as I did take a quick tour of your galleries to date ... "Retreat" being but one example that caught my eye immediately) ... check out the AQI for Apophysis. Convenient is a most operative word.

Putting your pictures in my favorites is the highest honor I can give you. If I do not get to your pictures as soon as you post them, I apologize. I try. Also if I do not respond for awhile it doesn't mean I'm ignoring you, it just means I'm really tied up with life. Bene lava!!
Hi Bill ~ LMAO ... thank you for your comments on "Sunset In The Valley". What you probably saw as the second image was "Sunset In The Valley 2". They look alike, but #2 was a tighter view. I bet it was like "deja vu" for you. It was an experiment with the new camera ... post editing in PSP vs making some in camera changes after taking the shot. I am amazed what I can do with the new Nikon. I was actually standing alongside the road in windy conditions freezing my butt off. LOL. Thanks again ... Sherree ;-)

Hey Bill, Thanks so much for taking the time to peruse my gallery, and for your generous comments and fav on Fractal Moss . I'm thinking about entering the orange contest with some red rock canyon shots..so I am going to upload a few to see which one looks the best. I didn't enter the B & W contest because I simply never take any, in fact I have never entered any contest here... Thanx for the comment on Ivory Carrier. I am glad you liked it. This one was only a few meters (10 m max) from the car, so I could get this shot. Thanx again for stopping by!! Have a lovely weekend
Thanks, Bill, for visiting Shadows Along the Battenkill. I really had a good time with the few Caedesians that showed up, although it was very cold and windy the second day. I just got that new wide angle lens, and I'm really enjoying the quality I get from it.
Happy Happy Birthday tomorrow, Nov. 21st . Enjoy your special day with lots of laughter and time to relax. Hope you have a wonderful meal with your family and good friends.
