Joseph, I'm sorry it has taken me so long to thank you for your kind comments on "September Yellow" but I do want you to know I appreciate them. I hope you and yours have a very Merry Christmas.
Many thanks Joseph for stopping by and commenting on "Tree of Life". Was one of my way earlier pieces and still a fav fror me also. Glad you liked it. :o)
“Praise the light of late November,
the thin sunlight that goes deep in the bones.
Praise the crows chattering in the oak trees;
though they are clothed in night, they do not
despair. Praise what little there's left:
the small boats of milkweed pods, husks, hulls,
shells, the architecture of trees. Praise the meadow
of dried weeds: yarrow, goldenrod, chicory,
the remains of summer. Praise the blue sky
that hasn't cracked yet. Praise the sun slipping down
behind the beechnuts, praise the quilt of leaves
that covers the grass: Scarlet Oak, Sweet Gum,
Sugar Maple. Though darkness gathers, praise our crazy
fallen world; it's all we have, and it's never enough.”

Thank you for your heartwarming words of friendship and positive reinforcement of my efforts at "November impressions", Joseph. I am looking forward to your next visit.
Hehe! I didn't think about Mc Aulife, saying "nuts" to the germans at Bastogne, when I took these two photos... That's true Bastogne is very near (40 miles).
Thanks to point out this painful event. We see a lot of american veterans and their families around Bastogne in summer. But they become very old now.

What a delight it was to open my page and find you viewing and sharing your thoughts and comments with me about “Dunajec castle II”, my dear Joseph. I was glad to find this place in such unusual weather conditions. The castle with a sky above as if brewing up for a storm looked mysterious surrounded by the dark menacing waters …
Thanks Joseph for viewing and commenting on my Spring Flowers photo. This area feels more like March than January and flowers are blooming all over town.

HI Joe..thanks for stopping by and visiting ~ice age~. Took that is Bee Tree park..The fog was so heavy and the sleet was beating on me, but I wanted to see what hubby's new 'all weather' camera would do in lousy conditions. Looking forward to seeing you @ the Lake~~
Hay Jo,
Glad u liked "Sweety"!! Thats my first portrait so guess its ok for the start. Let me work on more and get some experience :) Thank you very much.
Hay Jo my friend.
Thanks for the lovely comments on "Water heavan" and "Aishwarya". Yes she is a work on the faithful wacom tablet. That this is awesome :)
You put a big smile on my face with that lovely comment you left on small tortoiseshell at lunch time (“feast of color”), Joseph. It is amazing but this brightly colored butterfly has some unconspicuous grey-brown underwings. They stand out great against the surrounding vivid flowers.
Hi Joseph, I am pleased you enjoyed my Anniversary photo "just another nut for PatAndre" she seems to have enjoyed it also, thank you for your comment.
Thanks for the comment, Jojo, on "Nevada, MO". The white box in the picture is part of the power lines system and I honestly didn't know it was there until after the fact. I was so excited about uploading my favorite house that I just missed it. :) I've considered fixing and reuploading, but who knows. Thanks again for the comment!
Hi Joseph. Thanks for stopping bye,and commenting on Newcastle\Quayside\Black&White,l really appreciate your idears,on making this shot better. Thanks .Brian.

Jojo, so sweet for leaving a comment at "Tiny Hands". I agree the stuff is distracting... I didn't know what to do with it, though. :) Anyway, thanks for checking it out!! :) I appreciate it.
Hello Joseph, so nice to hear from you...thanks alot for your visit and comments on This Moment of Time...I am pleased it caught your eye and I appreciate your time and nice words.:Pat.
Fabulous to hear from you again, Jospeh. Big, fat "THANK YOUS" for your generous words you were so kind to leave wrapped “in snow cover”. I hope the image will serve you well as a winter desktop – quiet winter wonderland with the occasional falling of the snow from the branches breaking the silence…
hi Joseph! Glad you liked my silence in the mist photograph from Derbyshire! I was lucky to find snow and mist - they make for a very good photographic opportunity which I took the most of! :) Patti

Hello friend, thanks for the comment on "Prairie Oasis". I have noticed this new lad I nowe reside in has great blue skies. Unfortunately, the same is not true in all my experience...maybe it can be again:-)
You will be led to the knowledge of the internal things which are invisible to you, by the external things which you see before you. . . . Even so then, we can represent to ourselves in thought the Author of all that is, by contemplating and admiring the (visible) things which He has made, and ever brings into being.

Thanks a whole bunch for the nice comment you were so kind to leave on "Cernera mountains, Dolomite Alps", Joseph. I would do almost everything to please my Caedes friends with some neat landscape... would even freeze my booties off, lol... Joking ;)
I'm delighted you enjoyed the agile and tiny northern brown argus, Joseph - no treacle! These are not easy to shoot, but as long as you have much time to spare it is fun to chase them in meadows. I am glad you found it worth a visit. Stay tuned
Please excuse this generic message. I'm way behind in my responces due to some family issues. I want to thank you for your recent comments on images in my Gallery. I appreciate your support and cherish your oppinion. Looking forward to viewing your recent images.

Winter has retreated, still I remember about your warm and comforting words on my snowy captures to name only warm destination. Thanks big bunches for your warm reply. I suppose winter landscapes may come in handy when temperature outside rises up to the sky, lol. Stay tuned.

Right on, Joseph, it is indeed Pierre Trudeau, one our Prime Ministers from the late sixties right into the early eighties...loved by some, hated by others, but certainly our most flamboyant of the lot...many thanks for your visit and interest...always nice to hear from you.
Jojo, Thanks for visiting and commenting on the "holy transfiguration temple". I expect I will be visiting again in the future. This is only a short distance from where I have a 2nd home in Cambridge, NY, an absolutely gorgeous area.

Hello Jojo, thanks for stopping in and commenting on "Vermont farm". It most certainly would make a nice fall shot, too. I'll see if I can position myself to get the same pespctive come early October.
So when did you visit Warren Dunes? I live about 5-10 miles North of there in St. Joesph, MI. That is a beautiful park, but if you get the chance you should visit St. Joe's Silver Beach, great photo opportunity there.
Hello Joseph! I appreciate your very nice comments on my Panda Lunch image. I'm glad you took the time to view and comment on it. This was an initial field test of my new camera and lens.

My Sandy Beach 2 image was taken on a very foggy and overcast day. I had to do some heavy photoshoping to get the detail that I wanted in this image. Thanks Joseph for your support and comments on this photo. Happy Thanksgiving.

Thanks for commenting on "Liverpool : Old and New". The amount of change that is going on in Liverpool is amazing but they have learnt from the past and now are conserving the best of the old.
hey, thanks for taking time to comment on '?'.. yeah, not really hard-core abstract, but i meant the colors were weird and stuff.. thanks again :) rachel
Thank you for the comment on my Eagle photo "Feeling Proud" I am very proud that it got a c-index of 98. I even made it my new avatar, or icon thingy. I appreciate your continued support on my photos.

Hi there Joseph ! I really appreciated you dropping by Oak-Elf Fly, the Younger & commenting. It's actually one of my favorite pieces because of it's more subtle textures & colors.
My views on abstracts & fractals has always been that the ones that whisper are just as dramatic as the ones that shout & I'm very glad you liked my whisper. ;-)
Thanks hon for your wonderful comments, I really appreciated them.
Hello JoJo.....thank you for the comment you left on Elizabethton Covered Bridge........... much appreciated. I wanted everyone to see this special place in our town.
