corngrowth: Rob, referring to Connie's comment above: she was the one that has suggested to be the 'Minimalist' the contest topic.
In her motivation she has provided us with a link in which was explained how to 'read' the 'Minimalist' subject.
In brief: it must be an image with only a few essential elements of life and cast unnecessary things aside.
I agree with Connie that your artwork has this qualification, so, to me you've succeeded in meeting the contest topic very well my friend!
