Patterns of the Sea in the Nautilus by verenabloo

sharonva: Can't beat the original colors! I find the shortened spiral (center left) to be fascinating. The spirals clearly form from the interior, and so one wonders what caused that rib to be that way.

zunazet: I was browsing the contest entries and just had to stop and have a closer look at this one. An outstanding close up Verena! It is a very beautiful shell.
