For those members who put a lot of stock in the c-index, and take advantage of this feature, you need to be aware of something. By asking for more votes on your submission, you may be just as likely to end up with a lower than a higher c-index. I did this with my highest-rated image, that had an 89 c-index, hoping to finally break the 90 barrier. It now has an 86. I won't be doing that again.
