Hi all - I've not been managing this well lately and the other mods are not able to pick it up to run it themselves at this time. I'm going to put it on hiatus for a couple of weeks while I get over this cold and get some other stuff taken care of IRL, and will be back to it for February.

When I pick it back up, we will likely cover the weeks that were missed, so please feel free to continue to send us nominations even if there is no announcement yet.

Ramping back up to beginning to run this normally next week. We are playing catchup with the intervening weeks and individual threads are being posted for each one. Please see those threads for info about each week. Nominations will be open until 10 am EST, Saturday morning 02/01, and the threads will be updated with the winners on Sunday 02/02.

Unfortunately, we are going to put it on hiatus for a couple of weeks while the moderators deal with important stuff going on in their lives.

Hi all - we're going to get this up and running again next week, with one change. We're going to run the week from Sunday to Saturday which will allow me to start the week's post on Sunday.

Hope you're all safe and well, and able to stay home for now. I'm working from home myself and while it's a bit overwhelming, happy to be able to continue to work full-time. Although my husband is having a grand old time telling me I better hurry up and make sure to get home in time for dinner and other such silly comments. And I've only threatened to divorce him once this week!
