Indecision

Indecision is any type of image you really like but are not quite sure about! Essentially it means have I got totally right? or is there something wrong with it? The voted winner is the artist who made the most noticeable error. Lol

I hope folks understand this description and can enjoy it for what it is . . . . . . . A bit of harmless fun and a serious contest too. (o:

I have selected B&W...perhaps this may be an opportunity to share with the B&W challenge too!

Fantasy - Create an image using your fantasy. Using manipulation to create overproportional objects/or use unnatural and outrageous colors etc. etc.

There seems to be a glut of similar themes of contests over the last few years. How about something to actually challenge members? I realize it's something that probably applies more to photographers (but I bet Les can figure out a fractal way), and I know we've had "manipulation" as a theme as well, several times, but what about a manip theme that is very specific? What if we were to require the artist to replace something in the photo? It could be anything. The only criteria is that it be very hard to detect. Whoever submitted one like that and stumped the most people would be the winner. Orrrr... a manip theme that would require the addition of an object that is either completely unbelievable or completely reasonable. The NAPP (National Association of Photoshop Professionals) photo site (with regular submissions from members like we have) has a regular contest along the lines of this latter suggestion. It's something to think about, anyway.

By the time the contest wraps up, Halloween will be upon us.

Submissions could be lighthearted or dark, creepy or charming. They could be Halloween, Dia de los Muertos, jack-o-lanterns, scary decorations, ghosts, monsters, ... the possibilities are endless!

Could whoever nomimated "Shadows silhouette reflections" please elaborate a little ?
Is this to be one of the three or a combination of all ? I am assuming it means just one as the three together would be a bit difficult.

Hmmmmm.... we could be really creative with this one. I notice Stylo's avatar is part-silhouette. :-P Something softly glowing is reflecting onto the figure's back, and possibly there are shadows under the hair.

HEY! someone needs to fix the flood control error. not even one comment and i have to do it 3 and 4 tries. so if people are wondering why im not commenting...theres your answer! ...its a pain in the a**

It's either.. "patience is a virtue" or the spambots will overrun the place.


And I am experiencing similar.. first post and the flood control message makes an appearance. Happens, from time to time.
