Rob
sean_pm: This is cool. Keep dabbling
Ramad: I agree with Tick. Congrats Bob on securing the first place. You are no.1 among the contestants.
corngrowth: Bob, a big sigh when I saw this image at full screen size, because I thought when viewing it at a smaller size that a rocket was approaching me. A 'narrow escape' Pal, lol.

Marzena: Well, nowadays they make the toys which produce smoke !!!!
Fine image.
LOL
Seriously this is first class entry for the contest.
I will not enter my baby as it would have been #1 and I would hate to spoil all the fun for the rest of you guys... LOL

4th place Nikoneer: When first viewing it as a thumbnail i thought it was a silhouette of a helmeted knight, brandishing a sword close to his chest... but the title didn't make sense. Then.. DOH! If you heard a loud smacking sound, that was my palm on my forehead. Cool shot and treatment, Wendell, and good luck in the contest. -Nik
5th place sean_pm: Looks good as is.....wouldn't even want to see this during the day. Nice!
Bleizmor: Great evening shot, super entry into the current contest!Well done.
corngrowth: I don't know who took the initiative to make 'Focus Feature' to a contest topic, but I like to say 'thanks' to her or him for that wonderful suggestion because any new entry make me think that I'm in need for new spectacles.
See that you were successful too in fooling your camera OFT (Owd Fella Tick), lol.
OK, although it's pretty hard for me, I have to stop kidding. Being seriously now, I like to say that your exposure experimentation has resulted in an image who meet the contest requirements very well. It's, perhaps not meant this way, a moody and dramatic night shot too. One of the best entries that I've seen up till now, so there's a good chance that it will be the winner! If I wasn't a that humble person (lol again), perhaps I would have offered you my congratulations in advance.
Regards, Cornelius.
