Owd Fella Tick, in addition to Bob's comment above, in my country the 'phenomenon' of having a 'Day Mare' or 'Dozy Mare' is mostly called 'Dromerig Middagdutje'. Figuratively translated by 'dreamy afternoon nap' (💤 💤) . Think however that ' Dromerig Middagdutje' is a tongue breaker for English speaking people, 😁 . Good play with words however. Your 'Day Mare' image meets perfectly the current contest topic (Silhouettes). If you decide that it will be your entry, wish you Good Luck with it!

My thanks to all who leave comments for my work and to those of you who like one enough to make it a favourite. To touch just one person that way makes each image worthwhile. . . . . . . . . .. . . . "The question is not what you look at, but what you see" ~ Marcel Proust
The reason why the sun sets in the evening is because it wants to see the sunrise in the morning. I rise in the morning because I want to see them both. RvdB
