The painter has been busy giving Hannibal, Missouri a facelift recently. This was going on while a near record flood was taking place downtown on the Mississippi River. This is like 3 blocks from the river. As you can see it is a steep hill, so getting flooded should not be a concern. If it floods these buildings, I'm looking for Noah Jr.

Owd Fella Tick (OFT), these are eye catching colors. The painter undoubtedly has artistic skills and has created a contemporary artwork. Even finer than the wrapped artworks of Christo and Jeanne Claude, 😄 !

Nice shot. Too often, many area's such as this in smaller towns are neglected and not much happens. I would like to see more seriously paintings on barren walls of buildings, not just peeling paint.

...Well, Hannibal IS an important city in American History...In addition to its own unique fanfare, it serves as the origin of quite a bit of folklore from this guy! Like his novels, it SHOULD be "flavourful"!

Nice one here, Cap'n...Faved
