The tall golden grasses in the pasture will soon be baled into hay. After the hay is mowed and baled they might let the livestock in to nibble at the new shoots of grass or wait for a second hay crop. Either way, the pasture and the feeder patiently awaits winter where the livestock will be fed the bales of hay. The feeder will be filled with other feed that will help produce juicy steaks for the market. Much will take place in this pasture over the next year.
