That is an outstanding capture of that bright yellow fish. The color of the fish alone is really spectacular. Don't have any idea what kind it is....a canary fish, maybe? LOL. Very nice post, Adriana.

Brilliant capture of this Yellow Tang. I dove with these in Hawaii and there were swarms of them - it was beautiful. If your interested the small white spot at the base of tail is the Tangs defense. All tangs have this feature. It's a barb that is extended when the fish is threatened and it then slashes it's tail at the threat and can inflict a pretty nasty cut. They also make for a great aquarium fish. Very tough and if taken care of properly they can live for years -
