If a man does not keep pace with his companions, perhaps it is because he hears a different drummer. Let him step to the music which he hears, however measured or far away. Henry D. Thoreau
A lovely view Anita with the winding river, lush green landscape, & the mountains in the background to top it off. You can't ask for a better scene. Beautiful composition ... thank you for sharing.
This is a fantastic shot. I love these pictures of yours you have a way of showing us the world in our own house. I have seen so much with your pictures and this is yet another example of how good you are with that cameras. Thanks for sharing
WOW! (trying to think of an intelligent comment) ... Lush greens, beautiful composition, perfect clarity ... WOW, Anita! :) And I loved your analogy, too :) - Patty
Thanks to all who comment on pictures in my gallery. Please accept my apologies if I am unable to thank you each time, and please don't feel obligated to thank me for my comments.
I would rather live my life as if there is a God and die to find out there isn't, than live my life as if there isn't and die to find out there is.

Never rebuke while you’re still indignant about a fault committed—wait until the next day, or even longer. Then calmly, and with a purer intention, make your reprimand. You’ll gain more by a friendly word than by a three-hour quarrel.

The name ChuPat is derived from my nickname Chuck and my wife of 34 years name Patti. Her photography will appear on Caedes as well from time to time. I consider myself an advanced amature not anyway close to being a professional. I have just taken photography more seriously since I have switched to digital. My profession has always been associated with pohtography in one way or another. Any criticism I receive will be well appreciated.
Another good'in. I like your inclusion of the fence post on the far left. It provides prospective and an achor. Another keeper. Beautiful Colorado.

Very beautiful view, I like your analogy too! It mustve been so calming there, I couldve sat there all day. Even the lighting is calming. Thanks for sharing a little bit of Colorado. :)
Another great shot. Too bad you can't have these beautiful clouds and the brilliant colors of sunshine at the same time. It still makes for a lovely image.
Give me something to critique, will ya? This is stunning. The lines are interesting, the detail is sharp, the color perfect. What do you want from me? Thank you for sharing my state with such grace and elegance. Blessings, anne :-)
Don't tell me it's good, tell me what is good about it. Don't tell me it stinks, tell me what I can do do improve it. Thank you for taking the time to tell me anything at all. Be blessed. anne :-)
I saw a peanut stand, heard a rubber band,
I saw a needle that winked its eye.
But I think I will have seen everything
When I see an elephant fly.
