Very nice photo Anita. I could use some of those pecans also.

The name ChuPat is derived from my nickname Chuck and my wife of 34 years name Patti. Her photography will appear on Caedes as well from time to time. I consider myself an advanced amature not anyway close to being a professional. I have just taken photography more seriously since I have switched to digital. My profession has always been associated with pohtography in one way or another. Any criticism I receive will be well appreciated.

Texas Pecans huh? I've never seen them in the developing stage. That's pretty cool.

I like the soft greens - very easy on the eyes - and the way the light and shadow falls gives it life. Well done!

I love pecans too Anita. Thanks for sharing this photo of how they look before they're ready to eat. I just hope the sun continues to shine on them as lovely as it is here so they'll be ready soon.

Interesting subject. The image is sharp and a decent close up. I think it might have been more interesting with the sunlight falling on the fruit. The way it is, the light falls on the leaves drawing attention away from your intended subject. Do you see it? anne :-)

I like the way the sun is falling on the leaves. This shot is very clear and I think the light will shine on the fruit when they actually open up. Really nice, Anita.
