Beautiful shot with lovely play of light. The sun makes it indeed look golden! And I see you also thought of Bob...
Great work Sabine!

I love the angle and the lighting. I almost typed angel and lightning. They're pretty close. Great photo and it looks like a good spot to rest by either standing on bridge to take photo or resting On Ye Owd Bench. This looks good Sabine.

Psst...Sabine!!! You forgot to touch the bench for Owd Bob. We wouldn't want him to feel he's not deserving of a golden throne as well as the golden bridge!!!! *grins*

You're at it again with your Midas Touch, and the lighting is perfect for it.

"I never looked for it, gave it no name; yet I knew it always, when the gift of peace came. I stood quite still for the moment that it lasted...Then the light shifted slightly and the moment passed, leaving me...with the lasting echo of its presence.." Diana Gabaldon

I also like the angle you used, and the lighting is perfect. Owd Bob saw you coming and hid in the bushes.

I love the way you made the bridge appear golden with the setting sun.

You will be led to the knowledge of the internal things which are invisible to you, by the external things which you see before you. . . . Even so then, we can represent to ourselves in thought the Author of all that is, by contemplating and admiring the (visible) things which He has made, and ever brings into being. - Hermes
