I can only imagine the memories that this Ghost of a home must have. It was a home in as old mining town. Had a great view too.

This is really neat, Chuck. I love it. That wood is rich in color, texture and character. I like you perspective. it must have been temnpting to include much more of the structure in the composition but I'm glad you did not. it's perfect as is. Great work.

If these walls could talk! Good composition, Chuck. What kind of enhancements (if any) did you use here?

Like the colors in this ... nicely composed to vividly show what the passage of time has done to this old structure. Looking through the door and out the window in the rear was a masterful touch.

Just an old "Grampa" who still has a Kodak "Box" camera kicking around the attic ... learning and enjoying the wonders of modern digital photography.

Great image. I love the ramshackled look of the house. The view in the background is nicely framed in the window as well.
Well done on another great shot.

I just love the feeling this old house has. Looks like it was built to last too Chuck. The rich tones of the wood are beautiful. What a view they had too. Great shot!

Very creative in the angle at which you took this shot, Chuck. As the others have mentioned, it really makes one think of the history this house had. I can only image how beautiful it was, when it was in good standing. I too, like the richness in the wood color and that magnificent view out the window. Well done!
