This is the path to the Wetlands in my neighborhood. Really a quiet and peaceful little area. My Westies love it here and wish they could run free, but not allowed to.

How inviting this looks Chuck. Bet there is lots to see on a little hike. Nice composition and clarity as well as color. Well done. Can't wait to see all the little animals you'll find there as well.

Looks like a lot of the trais around here too. I know what you mean about letting the pups go free..so few places you can do that anymore! Nice shot Chuck!

Nice path to stroll on no doubt. On the Island here letting the dog roam free in a similar terrain is a risky business because of high tick infestation. Quiet and peaceful ... Ah, thats the ticket for me Chuck ... Thanks :o)

Just an old "Grampa" who still has a Kodak "Box" camera kicking around the attic ... learning and enjoying the wonders of modern digital photography.

Well, you just know that I love this type of post..it's such a nice quiet place and you've treated it so well with your camera. The superb clarity lets us enjoy it without having to fidgit a bit over this or that that we would want to fix. So I have nothing to criticize here..I see that the trees are starting to shed a little bit, and that the grasses are winding down slowly with the straw color striving to take over from the lovely greens as Fall inexorably approaches. I'm sure you'd love to let the dogs run, as I'm sure they'd like to and it's a shame there aren't more places for animals and their pets to enjoy themselves. I know I'd like to be right behind them as they went around the bend in this path to see what was beyond, although there is so much of interest to savor right here, we could just let them run and give ourselves leave to enjoy the sights at hand..excellent and in my faves :)PJ

Looks like a very beautiful hike. I would always have to know what is around the next corner. Do i detect just a small hint of fall approaching? I sure hope you capture some of the fall action when it comes. This greenry is still pleasant viewing however and much appreciated.

Also BIG thanks to all who check out my work!! I appreciate any and all comments & feedback!!
