Fantastic angle, Ed! You are so good when it comes to angle/perspective selection.

Nice capture, Ed, this looks like a cathedral type of a church. We have them similar in my country. Nice old architecture.

Russian in Rome? I am surprised... Russian Orthodox churches are mostly by east border of Poland... Poland, like Italy is a catholic country. I would say that Polish governments are hooked on the Catholic Church. It's a pity... First german occupation (years 1939-1945), then russian (1945-1989) now Catholic...

Let's back to the foto - very good as usually from U :)

As usual your "unusual angle" makes this a very interesting view. Fine image well captured!

I like how the shadows are cast on the front of the church and how we can glimpse another church just through the trees. Nicely done.

The angle is great. And the tree and the church behind it add a nice balance. Also, interesting to see how the texture of the church changes from the lit to the shadow areas. Very cool.

A good shot and angle EDV. This is one where I would have enjoyed seeing more of the church. I do like your effect and perspective.

You have had quite a spiritual day and you have shared it with us. A plaza with a Christmas Tree and this wonderful picture of a Russian Orthodox Church. I have enjoyed both and it keeps our attention on what Christmas is about.

Hey Ed!
You don't see a whole lot of Russian Orthodox out here but there it is obviously very well established by the look of how old that church looks! Very fine image Ed!

You could write a text book on angles my friend. You just have a natural eye for it. Great shot. I love these old churches of Europe.
