I really like the facial expressions on each dancer. You captured their thoughts and their desires to do well with the representations they were performing.
My turn to agree/disagree I believe...:) Them white tents do not bother me unnecessarily - just draw attention in slow motion to the dancers. The facial features did not impress me much on the other hand as I noticed the made-up face of the front dancer:) Primaballerina... The girl's face with dots looks sweet though! Very interesting work, dear agent WAS. I hope you were not in any big danger while taking this shot. SAM & SAAB
The exposure is part optical illusion. All you need do is drop your hand over the white sunshades (not tents) and the contrast comes back to normal for the dancers. If it is a concern, just make a darker copy and switch out the white shades (too bad there weren't more clouds in the skythat's always been a challenge for me). Powwows are colorful, rhythmic and energetic eventswe have one of the largest here every yearparticularly the jingle dress dancers with their cone-shaped bells hanging everywhere. Nice job of capturing the action, Wendell. -Nik

Wow Wendell you shutter speed was spot on with this stunning colourful photography and you froze the action in this superb scene one hundred percent . Thanks for sharing this photo as it is a sight we done not get in the UK and a first for me and the costumes are stunning .
The reason why the sun sets in the evening is because it wants to see the sunrise in the morning. I rise in the morning because I want to see them both. RvdB
