Another in my series of posts from Virginia City, Nevada while visiting there last summer. This is looking north/northwest from "C" street (Highway 341) main street actually, and I used the colored pencil effect in Photoscape and blended it with the original photograph in Paint.net. Hope you like:) Thanks for your varied comments:)

Really super post work Bruce, I can just see the cowboys, horses and wagons going down that street. Magnificent posting

I love the effect you have achieved here. Really feels like an illustration from a book about the Old West. Except of course we seem to have cars instead of horses.

I'm really loving this pencil effect ... looks like a combo of a drawing & painting. Fabulous colors too. Very well done Bruce.

This may sound crazy, but I didn't know there actually was a Virginia City in Nevada! Cool! And what a lovely shot and work of it Bruce!

A nice perspective in your photo Bruce. I like the effects you've applied to the shot.

Think about the photo before and after, never during. The secret is to take your time. You mustn't go too fast. The subject must forget about you. Then, however, you must be very quick. Henri Cartier-Bresson
