Bruce, I don't know if your title is intended in this way (charge instead of change), but both options are applicable. Time to recharge energy to be able to spend the coming year well. Time for changes for those who need it. It's my preference however to leave many things unchanged. But I think it's inherent to my age. I wish all those who need to change their lives all the success.
