Bruce, I may be wrong, but I think (because of the somewhat elliptical appearance) that this wheel has a flat tire, 😁 !
So be in a hurry to repair it to prevent further damage.
Just kidding, Buddy, because the apparently damage reduces its speed, enabling us to enjoy it somewhat longer.
