Very nice Photo, you framed this well and it is a very cool subject. I wonder if it should be lightened up a bit. Just a suggestion, overall a an excellent photo.
This looks for all the world to be an old German shoreline bunker, from the days of the Allied invasion of Normandy in WWII. It also appears to have sustained a direct hit from large ship-borne guns. Is this in fact what it is? I was not aware that any were remaining in Belgium.
As to its density and darkness, I just downloaded a copy and ran it through a few tools in Photoshop, allowing me to see into those heavy shadows and improving the overall color, sharpness, and brightness. If you have Photoshop you can do the same.
A very interesting photo, nonetheless; one that modern authors of WWII history would happily include in their publications. Thanks for sharing it with us.

Thank's for the comment. => Gergie : Thank's for your comment. I voluntary darken the photography to give it some vintage effect. => Nikoneer : The bunker is situate on the french coast near the village of Wissant. For the darks parts of the photography they do not appear on my computer. I don't have some black part.
