The color, and detail is very good in this one Gigi, I was thinking a sparrow of some kind but then to me he has a different markings, and color. Very good capture, well spotted. tigs=^..^=

I think this is a young Red Shouldered Hawk. Their range is in your area. You can actually see the red shoulder in this image. This is really nice!

It has an almost James Dean looks the way it's looking over the shoulder. You are the whip Connie when it comes to identifying wildlife and plants. I'm sure you have many other great quality as well, but these are a few that we are aware of.
