A NOTE TO ALL MY FRIENDS: I WILL BE COMMENTING LESS ON PEOPLE IN MY “FRIENDS” LIST SO AS TO MAKE TIME FOR VIEWING ALL “NEW IMAGES” AND ENCOURAGING OTHER PEOPLE OF WHOM I MAY NOT KNOW OR ARE NEW TO THE SITE. I WILL STILL VIEW EVERY IMAGE OF MY FRIENDS AND STILL COMMENT ON SOME IF I CAN GIVE A GOOD CRITIQUE OR MENTION WHAT I LIKE OR FEEL IS REALLY WORKIN’ WELL IN THE IMAGE. AS FAR AS MY IMAGES IF YOU HAVE A COMMENT ON HOW I CAN IMPROVE AN IMAGE I REALLY WANT TO HEAR ABOUT THAT SO AS TO LEARN AND BETTER MYSELF.

Is that butterfly turning green from being on the kiwi? Probably not, because the other one isn't orange from sitting on the orange. LOL..Very nice again Gabrielle, and I'm still hungry for fruit salad. I better go to the store.

Gabrielle, while watching your beautiful image I'm still laughing because of Jimbob's comment above. It Dutch we say: 'He gave me the 'slappe lach'.' Don't know how to express this in English. Could be something like: 'I had a fit of giggles.'
Don't think however that I wasn't watching seriously your image. It's on the contrary. I enjoy it very much as it's again a very lovely one my friend!
Best regards, Cornelius

I didn't realize they were such fruit lovers. Now I know what carried off my watermelon. A herd of butterflies. Great post Gabi.

A beautiful shot Gabrielle. It could almost be a still life with all that fruit. Beautiful butterfly.

I really like these shots Gaby, this butterfly is so pretty - I wonder if they deliberately put out Kiwi Fruit because it matches the patches of colour on its wings!

That's a clever trap you've set up there Gabrielle, you're going to spoil them.

As a picture though, it's a great composition and very whimsical.
