There is a lot of reading there :) ..and..
"New Zealand ranks among the most active seismic places on earth: earthquakes occur there frequently and continuously. Along with volcanism, seismic activity is the product of plate tectonics: New Zealand lies on the active boundary of the Pacific and Australian tectonic plates."

A fine image, and very descriptive of the movement of the tectronic plates. I like the red and the intricacy of the design.

I just dont like earthquakes :)

Very nice - too red for me, maybe, but great otherwise and, in general, great full stop. It reminds me of open flesh, though - a nasty open wound with black somethings in it. (Stiches? part of the flesh? something worse? It doesn't feel _bad_ though...)

Great stuff.

Really great dimension on this! Love the design and how it looks all "puckery."

I thought of subcutaneous view as well...not a cut, but a lesson in what lies underneath the layer of the organ we call skin. The reading you sent us is of course fascinating and you'd get an A in my class, plus your visual is exceptional :)

Or surgery scar! lol. I'm always open on these fractals as to what they might be and generally I like the titles the creators give to them. I see where the plates are pushing up the earth's crust on this one. Nice color too! (I'm behind in my comments)

You will be led to the knowledge of the internal things which are invisible to you, by the external things which you see before you. . . . Even so then, we can represent to ourselves in thought the Author of all that is, by contemplating and admiring the (visible) things which He has made, and ever brings into being. - Hermes
