The Bull Snake (Pituophis catenifer sayi) is a large species of non-venomous colubrid snake found predominantly in the central United States. Bull snakes eat small mammals, such as rats, mice, rabbits, gophers, prairie dogs, as well as ground nesting birds and the young of other snakes. It is commonly believed that bull snakes will kill rattlesnakes; this possible misconception is often touted as a reason for humans not to harm bull snakes when encountering them in the wild. Sorry about the blur on him...indoor shot, low lighting, hand-held, no flash. Just wanted to share.

Actually, it's quite a good shot. This one lives in the house with you? He's pretty, but I am afraid of them, don't know why. Ask my mother.

You will be led to the knowledge of the internal things which are invisible to you, by the external things which you see before you. . . . Even so then, we can represent to ourselves in thought the Author of all that is, by contemplating and admiring the (visible) things which He has made, and ever brings into being. - Hermes

'Bull snakes eat small mammals, such as rats, mice, rabbits, gophers, prairie dogs, as well as ground nesting birds and the young of other snakes' You didn`t mention cheese as it looks like a great big bit in the forground lol. Maybe this guy is a vegan? The blurring is not that bad mate, it`s still got a lot of detail in there.

I see no blur :)
I just see snake
remembering again why I live in a snake-free country.

I overcame my fear once in Singapore and allowed an enourmous s**** to be placed around my neck. was surprised it was warm, and dry.
Once I did it. once is enough :)

BTW, its a good shot.
