I need help! I've done all I can with this image. I cannot figure out how to take out the glare in his eyes and I'm not happy with the contrast of the shot. Can someone please help me with this? Now about the picture: This is my little boy, Rooster. He loves to lay on his back in front of the tv and watch it. His favorite tv show is Planet Earth. He looked so cute like this, I could not resist taking his picture.

Did you use a flash? A flash will do this.

I can help you with this eye problem, Tosha. Send it to my email listed on my profile page, and I will get to working on it. The contrast is not too bad, but that can be altered too. Nice kitty.

A cute kitty shot Tosha. I take a lot of dog and cat shots and never use a flash because of the eye problem. Nice kitty post

A cutie, You have such beautiful and helpful pets, they even clean the floor for you.
Ok now Its the built in camera flash that causes this type of eye glare. All cat species have special night vision photoreceptors built in their eyes [Tapaetum Lucidium] because they have no melanin coating the flash light reflect back in full.
Better to capture pets in sunlight and using an external flash for some filling in........
