And the Lord spake, saying, "First shalt thou take out the Holy Pin. Then shalt thou count to three, no more, no less. Three shall be the number thou shalt count, and the number of the counting shall be three. Four shalt thou not count, neither count thou two, excepting that thou then proceed to three. Five is right out. Once the number three, being the third number, be reached, then lobbest thou thy Holy Hand Grenade of Antioch towards thy foe, who, being naughty in my sight, shall snuff it."

It's an analog watch, so it can't be mine Jan, lol.
Really a great image with wonderful details. The HDR treatment gave it an old fashioned look. Love those golden tones.
Regards, Cornelius.

That's no watch, you pointed the lens in your ear! Lol. Like this one better than the other. The HDR has worked, I like all the detail, the light's good and the noise works too - I expect it's scratching on the surfaces rather than the camera because it's virtually impossible to get noise with the 5d. Glad you got it back in working order and I like the experimental shots.

A nice job on the HDR watch macro, Jan. Some fine detail in this beauty. Takes a licking and keeps on ticking, Eh! I wonder what's inside my watch?? Where did I put that hammer?? Great post.
Thanks for sharing

A clever and different shot Jan and a very good macro to boot. The detail, colour and lighting are superb. I'm not usually a great fan of HDR but it's worked here very well indeed.

This is amazing Jan. The HDR really brought out more of the details. A definite keeper.
