I agree, the colors are awesome and I love the way you have composed the shot as well. May be a filter could have reduced the reflection on the water...but it also complement the plain sky. Not sure which one I will like more :)
I also love October .... not for the change of season, cause there isn't any change of season in Florida ... :) I love October because of the Beautiful Autumn shots that are posted by you all .. and this shot is incredibly beautiful ... Great shot JimboB
I might have to go through the old golf bag because I love April. It is when the Master's golf tournament is held and is the true beginning of spring. I hope Tiger is out of the Woods by then. :)
Good post JimboB.
Hey Jimbob
I'm with Tick I love April! It the time when we start to pull out of the darkness of winter. I do love the colors of October for sure. You have captured that very well in this image!
Paul
I love the different textures in this shot Jim - the water, the line of rocks at the waters edge and the trees with all their colour in the back ground. Well done!
Ann
Pretty colours and the water looks so inviting. It makes us realise that time is passing and that winter's here. I suppose that's much more dramatic for you Jim as here it just means it gets a bit colder, wetter and sometimes windier that normal.
It is known that there is an infinite number of worlds, simply because there is an infinite amount of space for them to be in. However, not every one of them is inhabited. Therefore, there must be a finite number of inhabited worlds. Any finite number divided by infinity is as near to nothing as makes no odds, so the average population of all the planets in the universe can be said to be zero. From this it follows that the population of the universe is also zero, and that any people you may meet from time to time are merely the product of a deranged imagination.
Brisk and sunny looking! A beautiful landscape Jimbob! October always does paint the land in such a wonderful array of colors! Excellent capture! :)Ami
