Mainly because of the dramatic sky, it's an excellent entry for the challenge Jimbob. I would like to invite you for a swim. Apart from the fact that it's not the time for that, think it was wise that the 'party' was completely canceled even if the season had been good, lol.

The dramatic clouds caught my eye too. I like the depth you brought out in the clouds. The reservoir looks huge & I wouldn't mind sitting out on the wooden pier (once it warms up). Excellent in B & W, Jim & a good one for the challenge.
Since everyone said about drama in the sky - ditto. BTW I will dig your gallery for the colour version and if I fail, you will receive a certain request from me - guess which one?:) SAM & SAAB
The dramatic sky has been well commented on - it sure is magnificent ! The jetty leads the eye right into the scene giving it great depth. A fine contender for the BWC. I shall be adding it in a few minutes :)
My thanks to all who leave comments for my work and to those of you who like one enough to make it a favourite. To touch just one person that way makes each image worthwhile. . . . . . . . . .. . . . "The question is not what you look at, but what you see" ~ Marcel Proust
